When issues are raised, they are dealt with over the phone and usually closed within minutes. If 3rd parties (such as case management  system providers) need to be involved, we will liaise with them on your behalf until a solution is met.

We often offer employment advice when our clients prodcure internal IT staff, we can even attend meeting and interviews if required. This extends to helping source 3rd party IT, telephony and software solutions and attending all meetings to ensure (from atechnical position) you are getting the right solutions for your business
